I see Chara and Bickell battling in front of the net.
Then i see Chara elbow Bickell to the ice (not hard to do with the size/weight advantage. Nothing wrong here. Bickell gets back up and more sticks to the chests from both of them.
Chara shoves Bickell to the ice and then jumps on him and starting pounding away on the downed Bickell.
Yes, good clean fighting right there, right American hockey pro?

I asked what arose from that in penalties as i wasn't watching at that point.

Can you answer that question or are you going to proceed with more personal attacks?

Marchand wasn't even offended that Shaw tried to get in a few blows after the pair tumbled to the ice along with a linesman trying to break things up. "Not really. That stuff happens," he said. "I've done that before. The eye gouge I didn't like."

The whole situation erupted from Chicago's frustration and they sent the message that they're not going down without a fight. That's playoff hockey and any Canadian hockey fan with a modicum of knowledge about their national sport knows it.

The penalties were roughing minors to Chara & Bickell, fighting majors to Marchand & Bickell.

I don't think Pittsburgh will make Iginla an offer. They already got a shooter in Neal. Besides, Iginla looked awfully slow in many of the games. I don't think Iginla is happy about playing left wing and 3rd line. I think he goes to LA and reunites with coach Sutter.

PP was 12.8% -- 12th in the playoffs.

PK was 92.1% -- 1st in the playoffs and they scored 5 SHG.

So if I back calculated correctly, they scored 5 PP goals in 39 attempts, and let in 3 PK goals in 38 attempts while scoring 5 goals of their own in those same attempts? So they were marginally better at scoring on the PK than the PP? Hilarious.

I only watched the first period in that game, so i missed a lot of the scrummy stuff obviously. I cannot be outraged when i didn't know that happened, lol.
I never said Chicago didn't pull their fair share of dirty plays, i'm sure they did as well. Is there a video of what Marchand is claiming?

Boston is well-known to play a dirty game at times, so i'm not a fan of their team.
That said, i'm not really a Hawks fan, so who wins isn't a big deal to me.

I wonder if cardiac arrest rates have risen in Boston and Chicago? Another OT thriller that could have gone either way but Seabrook takes it for the Hawks. Good to see the Hawks recover from that horrible Game 3.

I'm still an emotional wreck from that game last night. Took me a good hour to calm down enough to sleep, and the 5 hours I got wasn't enough.
If you are a fan of hockey this is a great series. If you are a chicago or boston fan this is pure madness.
