I've been tempted to pick up LA Noire but have heard horrible things about the PC port and have been holding off to snag a cheap Xbox version. $5 almost makes me want to put up with the <reported> downfalls.

I played it on both the PS3 and PC. I preferred playing on the PC, probably because I'm old school and feel more comfortable keyboard/mouse than gamepad.

i have a prediction for Arma 2.

IF it goes on sale, it will be the last day. Why? Well, they know everyone wants it, so they know people will be checking every day. They may see another game they want in the meantime and buy that also.

That has been my theory, if Arma 2 is going on sale it will be the last day, but I don't think so much for the reason you stated. Bohemia probably wants it the last day so they can get as many people as possible to buy at the higher price point before it goes on sale, though it probably is a combo of both reason if it does go on sale.

BUY SCRATCHES. Quite possibly the scariest adventure game I've ever played. And for $2.49 it's a no-brainer.

Pretty much if it isn't a FPS or RTS, I prefer a controller. 3rd person view I like a controller although haven't had a chance to try KB/M in that situation for very long.

Maybe I'll just pick up the PC version and blame you guys if it doesn't work.

Yes, but I didn't like the rest of the bundle much. I too am waiting to see if Oath goes on sale before buying on the last day (if it doesn't). If it comes up in another bundle that appeals to me more, I might buy it in the meantime.

More than likely if ARMA 2 was already on sale I would have bought it and would be playing DayZ. Instead I've spent tons on other games waiting for it to go on sale. So even though I think it will be on sale on the last day, you still have to pay attention to whats currently on sale. And thats how they get ya. Bastards.

Kaotik had today's deals listed only 10 minutes after they started.

Yeah, I had the deals up about 10 mins after they went live (takes a bit of time to format it all and make sure I didn't miss anything and wait for steam to load it correctly lol). The only thing I forgot to put was the date/day at the top of it.
