This is surprising to me. I don't think Silicon Valley is that great. I'm giving it another week or so before I stop watching, but it hasn't really pulled me in the way I was expecting it to.

Says that he wanted to leave two years ago, doesn't want to do late-night anymore. Originally planned to leave this summer but will stay on until December to help the transition -- CBS fill time slot and his own staff.
Still no word on Almost Human?
Fox strikes again. With their awful schedule this year they decide not to renew a show that was holding its own.
You guys are brave for getting into a show before ~ 3rd season.
I can't stand investing time into a startup that gets axed.
That's depressing. I really enjoyed that show. It's a pity they can't port it to a cable channel that would allow a story to progress. Shows like Almost Human really shouldn't be on network television, those channels are still stuck in backwards story telling..

really have no idea how they fuck up the order of the episodes and this has happened more than once
I think they wanted to air the more exciting/action-packed episodes first in order to build buzz.
tbh, I can't really blame Fox for this one though. the Almost Human pilot was probably one of the worst I've ever seen... I loved the concept, but two of us struggled to stay awake when watching the premier.
Good advice, I'm going to start watching Hill Street Blues now.
