The Goldbergs and Trophy Wife got a full season order.
Super Fun Night only had four more episodes ordered, so it's not in the clear yet.
Back in the Game did not get any more episodes ordered and will end after its 13 episode run concludes.

Sean saves the world joins SFN and the game as unofficially cancelled by getting only a couple additional episode orders to serve as filler till the replacement is ready.

One interesting note, Back in the Game is being axed not for ratings, but because of Ad $$$$. Seems advertisers aren't willing to spend much on that type of show subject so inability to sell is the issue.

The title characters are alive. In the graphic novel, Rick at one point says "we are the walking dead." Death is inevitable for them.

NBC is reviving stand-up comic reality competition Last Comic Standing. Variety reports that production has began on the eighth season of the show which last aired in 2010. The show premiered in 2003. Over the course of its history, it has been canceled, revived and moved to Comedy Central.

Probably costs about $50 a week to produce that turkey. The ratings could suck and it would still be a profitable fill-in.

Looks like Fox had a change of heart about picking up Dads for the season. Fox is pulling it from air indefinitely in Feb. The Mindy Projects days are numbered as well. It's being pulled in Jan but will finish airing its episodes once B99 is done for the season at the end of March. Glee is taking over the 8/7c Tuesday night time slot and B99 is moving to 9:30/8:30c. B99 performance with getting a lead in from the New Girl will likely determine if it gets renewed for next season. If its ratings don't increase it's a goner.

For me the problem is Ted is the least likable guy in the show. It should be "How Your Lame Dad Met Your Unfortunate Mother." I stopped watching just because by the sixth season I didn't think Ted deserved happiness and a family.

Totally agree. By season 4 I just got bored with Ted and felt like the Tedcentric eps were the worst.

I understand that TV shows, especially network ones, cut corners with plot and believability, but Hostages' foundational premise takes this to a ridiculous extreme.
