Same... was weird but oh well.I got no raise because I was promoted in November and apparently you wouldn't want to reward an employee for good performance twice in one year or anything.

Rumors are rumbling we'll get something this year. We haven't got a raise in five years.
What do you do ?
I support the govt in a consulting role.... I already got told my raise is going to suck....
I find out middle of July... pretty pissed off about it to be honest...
I don't understand why people stay at jobs where they haven't received raises in years unless you're getting HUGE bonuses or something.
Not everyone has the luxury of having tons of good paying jobs around them, they may be loyal to the company or like what they do where they work.
