I don't think those sites are that accurate. People who make more are more willing to share their salaries.
Someday you reach a point where you are happy with your salary. I'm actually starting to tip towards I want to work less and be paid less, lol.

Got the highest rating for my pay grade and got 0% raise, yay! I did get a 4.5% bonus and leave the company immediately after getting my bonus so the raise didn't matter much either way.

When they told me that I just started to laugh. Hell, I even told my boss to tell the company they can keep. As I know they are hurting since they just announced record profits for the company.

Everyone thinks that they are worth more than they are paid. The fact is...you don't provide as much worth as you think you do. You are paid appropriately, and your x% raise is exactly what you deserve.
