Syberia was a great game. I think there were 2 of them. If you like those type of adventure games I would get it. Well worth it for the story and interesting puzzles.

I'm in the same boat. I have so much backlog, I don't usually mess with DLC. But in this case, it doesn't look like you have a choice.....I don't see the base game listed for sale anymore (only the "complete" edition with all the DLC).

I did hear it went for 25% off on Uplay, so I was hoping that would carry over to Steam. I may just pay the $15, I feel it's easily worth it, I just like a deal. I played the demo and loved it, even my kids wanted me to play it over and over again using Steam's big picture mode on my TV. Brings up some old school JRPG memories and the art style is pretty stunning.

I see they rejiggered the Summer Adventure yet again. Now there are second and third place prizes, and if the scores are rigged it's not so blatant.
Honestly I don't buy that for a second. Steam has millions of active users at any point in time. A few Reddit denizens can't override the chaos that is the entire Steam user base.Because the Internet was colluding to rig it, and cycle the winners daily.

True, but last year there were a lot of re-runs on sale titles. High profile title like that probably shows up more than once.
