So far I have only bought 1 thing on sale, State of Decay + DLC. I also bought Shadow: Heretic Kingdoms as it looked like a title with potential.

Nothing else has tickled my fancy other than Planet Explorers but decided against getting that.

This never made sense to me. Except for early access, I'm hard-pressed to think of a game that NEVER went on sale. Complaining about Steam sales sucking seems to be projecting poor/limited taste in games...or bad budgeting, of time if not money.

There's plenty I'd still want to buy but my backlog is already pretty large...it forces me to finish what I have and likely get the same game for less down the road.

Actually this sale has sucked for an entirely different reason... server stability. I've had more store errors, community errors, and trading errors than any other sale before it. I'm trying to participate in the stuff they're hosting but I can't because there's so many issues.

Legendary. Dragonborn alone was worth it, and the DLC allows you full access to mods that use their content.

Yea I'm finally jumping in for Skyrim: Legendary. It was $20 last winter sale so at $13 I think it's about as low as it will go.

The other game I'm looking at right now is 'Papers, Please'. It's only $3 and people say it's original and great. Anyone here have an opinion on it?

True enough. I just got a heavy load message trying to see what updated for today's deals. Their competition approach this sale seems fun but the stuff like instantaneous team progress updates can't be good for their servers.

Sweet, I might go for that @ $15. I already have the cable from the original version so I'm set. I hadn't planned to pick it up again on my 360 until I got a larger TV, this is much easier.

Separate but free download. Check the DLC tab in the Properties window.

I was all set to buy the bundle when it was a Flash deal (was it $15?) and then I saw on Steamgamesales, http://www.steamgamesales.com/4Hk3Z/bioshock-infinite-season-pass, that the Season Pass was $5 during the last winter sale. So it looks like they've decreased the price of the main game a bit but raised the price of the Season Pass more than that. Which I think means the bundle price is more expensive now than it was during the winter sale, 5+ months ago. At best it's the same price. Womp Womp.

Hopefully when it reaches the Daily Deal I can pick up the bundle for $12.50, but I'm guessing it won't. I might just wait for the winter sale for that one. It's probably worth $15 but when I buy my games I like them to be at the lowest price they've ever been, even if it's only another $2.50. It's the only way I can justify buying so many games lol.

I've been wanting this for awhile and I thought what the heck, $8 more gets me the Legendary Edition.

I also got the X-COM bundle yesterday........collecting all the good ones......one by one.

I think the Season Pass for $5 during the last Steam sale was a short lived price mistake. If you are patient and observant you can get them for less than $15. I didn't buy either from Steam but I got both the base game and Season Pass for $5 each ($10 total).

Hmmm... Sucks that I missed that $5 deal. Whatever, I just got it for $12. The download is 19 GB though -- damn.

Most of the Call of Duty games are on sale too. I want World at War. The sale's only $5 right now, so I hope it goes down more.

Ughh... I haven't touched Skyrim in years and haven't been paying to the DLCs. Just checked them out and one DLC is based around Morrowind with ash clouds and shit! I want it but I accidentally deleted all my saves a while ago... all 153 hours gone.

Was going to get both The Witcher and The Witcher 2 along with PAYDAY 2. I ended up getting apathetic and buying nothing. I figured I'd never get around to the first two games, and I couldn't get anyone else on-board with PAYDAY so I'd have someone to play with. Maybe they'll come back around and I'll try again, but...maybe not.

I'm still kicking myself for not getting The Elder Scrolls Anthology (all games and DLC on-disc, plus 4 physical maps) for $25 at Target a couple of weeks ago. It was such a good deal that I just can't justify spending $13 on Skyrim and its DLC alone. I went so far as to take it off my Wishlist.
