Unless you care about badges, sell them off.
How and where do you sell? No. I don't care about badges.

In the Steam market. It's an in game feature. Select an item in your inventory and there will be a green button to sell it (if it's sellable). How and where do you sell? No. I don't care about badges.
Making badges increases your Steam level and during the sale it gets you a Summer Sale card (that you can sell).I don't care about badges.
How is king Arthur's the reckoning? Wonder if those community sales get out up tomorrow or how do they work?
The steam sale page says I've earned 3 or 4 of them but I only see one for this summer stuff. The rest are from games I've played. The one I do see from the summer sale I think is worth 18 cents. I'll have to log in tomorrow at home and go through my profile. From now on I'll keep an eye out on the seasonal sales more closely. Is there a thread for one each time?
Reckoning isn't King Arthur...just mentioning.
Still haven't gotten anything yet for this sale...on the fence about KSP. Only other thing that interests me is getting Rocksmith if it goes back down to $15.
I'm also not sure if I'll have time for Skyrim, but I got it (just because) for the sale price + can play it if/when time permits.
I started playing Brothers last night and it really is a good game (well worth the $2.99). The story/stunning graphic environment/game play is really, really good. Even my wife (who doesn't game) took over the controller and is now hooked.
Are there any other Adventure games that are similar to this?
I'm 3 hours into Brothers (so almost done according to reports that it's a 3-4 game). It's pretty good. I find it emotionally strange...going from giggles to great sadness in minutes.
Bastion is similar (but combat instead of puzzles) - a similar adventure feel anyway.
Trine 1 & 2 are adventure games with better puzzles (IMHO)....but they're different too.
The beauty of Brothers is its uniqueness. The single-player coop thing is challenging at times!
I noticed that Resident Evil 4 is available on the PC but not quite at my price. I played a little bit of and hated RE5 (too many cutscenes, annoying/useless AI partner, odd third person view, weird environment/people). I remember I loved RE2 on the PS1 although the controls were clumsy and player view different. So how is RE4?
Check out GOG.com, they're also having a Summer Sale (been going on for quite a bit now) and I find their repertoire is heavily on adventure games so you might find a lot of games you like.+1
I actually have all those games and all are good!!
I guess it's the adventure + puzzle style is what I'm looking for (I just love beautiful scenery with what else was mentioned) in a game.

For the love of god, buy it. I still maintain that Resident Evil 4 is the pinnacle of the RE/Biohazard series, and has remained as such for almost a decade. All of the mechanics, enemy design, level design, and general "flow" of the gameplay is so perfectly executed, that I'll be damned if it isn't one of the greatest video games of all time.
It's certainly my favorite game of all time. If I was a professor, and I taught a class on game design, RE4 would be "required reading".
It blew my mind when I first played it on Gamecube, and it blows my mind even more now that I've played it at 1080p 60fps on PC. It still feels fresh because it pioneered so many mechanics that ended up permeating into a lot of modern games being made today.
Despite having beaten it probably a dozen times now, the game continues to instill a genuine sense of urgency, dread, and panic every time I play it. It's the perfect blend of action and horror, before the series went downhill with RE5. Carefully inching my way through cult-infested villages and castles in rural Spain is still just as intense as it was ten years ago.

Assetto Corsa -- anyone playing this?
I love me some racing games, but I'm shy of the Early Access; just purchased Kerbal and found myself immediately put off because I'm the player that needs more fleshed out tutorials - I don't want to hunt on youtube.
