I'm sorry to hear that but I didn't really think they'd make it past this season. My guess is that they were on the bubble even after season 1, which was definitely better.

I really hated the Frank Winter character. Well, there were things I liked but the role was so overdramatized. It was like they were aiming for the cheap seats with the acting. He basically had 2 settings angry old curmudgeon and rage-aholic.

I loved the concept but I think it would have been better if it had been more historically accurate. Of course they probably couldn't do that w/o clearing it with the estates of the actual scientists involved, so I do understand why they went the fictional route. It also gave them a lot more options in terms of the plot. But I think they could have had carbon copies of certain people and just not have used their names.

I don't understand that one. I'll watch almost anything that's scifi but this doesn't even have much of a scifi feeling to it. You keep seeing the high walls and drones but other than that, there's not much going on. Presumably it's going to get better and it must have gotten really good ratings so far, but as of right now, I'm not seeing it.

I like it so far. It's more of a human drama than scifi - at least so far. It's the aftermath, and how humans deal with it (or don't deal with it) and how humans turn against each other to survive...which to me is exactly what would happen given a choice.

I wouldn't call it successful. It's got less than 1.5M viewers over all and less than .5M in the demo group.

Intelligence was a piece of shit. If he's picking his own shows to do, he needs to leave that to his agent.

After the original showrunners decided this was their last year and rumors of the lead actor deciding she wan't going to renew, CBS announce during an in game ad that this is the final season for the Good Wife.

Obviously will not be real criminal cases, it's got to be a Judge Judy kind of farce with penny-ante civil shit where both sides agree to binding arbitration. The producers will pay the damages of the losing party as part of their appearance fees and everyone walks away a winner. Except for the idiots who watch.

I like to laugh. But the only network sitcom I can presently stomach is Life in Pieces, which has the saving grace of having a short form format of three thematically linked sketches in one half hour episode. This avoids the excruciating hell of a show trying to milk one lame plot point -- Billy broke the vase! -- for a full 30 minutes.

Sweet Jesus did that show suuuuuuuuuuuuccckkk. The bitch playing the angel was so irritating I had to force myself to get through 2 episodes. After that I shitcanned it.

I like to laugh. I generally hate sitcoms with a passion but there are a couple out there that aren't bad. Man Seeking Woman is bizarre and surreal but is still very funny. The episode a couple weeks ago with the life sized sex doll was hysterical.

Also Mom and Last Man Standing aren't bad. Mom is LOL funny many times while LMS only gets the occasional giggle.

2 Broke Girls used to be really funny but it's gotten pretty boring the last couple of seasons. Last season there were some very funny episodes but this season is pretty dry. I guess there is a limit to the number of sexual entendres you can come up with.

There are two reasons I watch that show. Sophisticated writing isn't one of them.
