2015 Chevy SS Sedan opinions

I'm starting to seriously consider the 2015 Chevy SS Sedan for my next car. Anybody have any experience with them that they'd care to share? I can't find any with the manual transmission near me... but I think I'd order one with a manual rather than settle for the automatic.

I read through that and the mods he's doing are cool. I might eventually do something like that, but I'm most interested in how people like it in stock form as a daily driver since I'll likely be putting 20-25k miles a year on it if I were to get one.

The MPG is going to be pretty crappy, no cylinder deactivation with the LS3. The 2016 Camaro is going to be a major upgrade. That being said I like the SS and wish Chevy would market it better. If you could live without automatic and stretch the budget A CTS-V Sport would be sweet.

I am thinking of getting one later this year after I move to North Carolina. And while the manual is nice, they are hard to find. Automatic is easier to drive and do other things while moving (carefully, like radio or nav or a sip from your water / soda bottle)
