Didn't they agree to a change for the catch rules. I saw an article stating Dez would still not have a catch under the new rules, but there were a few other instances that would now be so.

Playoffs will be expanded but not till following season.
Expecting 2 teams in LA to start playing starting with the following season.
Blackout Rule put on hiatus for this season.
Point after attempt moved to the one to encourage two point tries.
Catch rule change from "football action" to "establish themself as a runner".
Expanding eligible numbers for linebackers.
All of the other rules changes put forward likely to be declined.

was really hoping they would go with adding three roster spots and allowing all players to dress. Game is seriously diluted by injuries and having more people on the roster that know the playbook and have practiced will only make the game more enjoyable.
Yea with the league so careful to pull players due to concussions and injuries I would think a few more roster spots could help teams plan for the worse and show the league is "really" serious about injuries.
