If texans could field a reasonable resemblance to an offense they could be dangerous.

Wolkford to Texans,Tebow working out for Eagles

That d-line could be scary if Clowney gets anywhere close to his potential.

I actually think Tebow might not be a bad fit for that offense. I've thought for a while that Tebow paired with another athletic running QB could be a dangerous combination (I know the Eagles don't really have that right now, but someone like RGIII or Kaepernick). Tebow could play RB, FB, maybe TE, and get some chucks per game too. The other QB gets a decoy/blocker that might help them take less hits, they still get to run, and would get to do most of the passing.

Just heard.. man I was looking forward to watching him play.

Gore, Willis, Borland, JSmith jerseys gone. I swear if Bowman, Kaep or Aldon is next I'm cursed.

Hell of an off-season, hasn't it been! I'm pretty much all outta tears.

Smith chances of retiring now 99.999%. I hate to use the term, but like rats fleeing a sinking ship. I'm surprised the NFL so openly posted why Borland is retiring (head trauma), but man he was such a bright spot, we had some really good young guys, I bet if Reid gets one more concussion, he's gone too. :'(

I wonder how many of these guys would have not retired had Jim stayed around and the ownership not showed how stupid they were this off season.

Stevie Johnson apparently signs 3 years with the Chargers.

While this isn't really news anymore (he kinda sucked with the 49ers), he has potential to come back big with a decent QB finally.

Reid seems too smart to stay if he gets another concussion.. He was recruited to play at Stanford. But that money talks..

I'm very, very worried Bowman won't be cleared medically. Maybe paranoia setting in now.. but who knows.

~4m/2yr (heavy incentive based). Not terribad. Still not worth it though.

I'm pretty sure McFadden left a few chips of his femur behind when he left Oakland.
Raiders should just scrape those off the field, give them TRich's contract, put them in on 2nd and 3rd down, and you'd get the same results.

For what looks to be close to league minimum, I don't see how this is bad for the Raiders. TRich is like, what, 24? With no injury history, for that price, the Raiders are basically saying "put up or be done" and have no real loss of they cut him. As bad as he was in Indy and Cleveland, he wasn't terrible in Alabama. Maybe, he just needs a different venue to perform? Maybe he just sucks in cold weather lol.

But indy play in a dome. Maybe Indy run block are not that good. What if t rich runs behind the cowboys line?

The Colts' run blocking isn't great, but Richardson was completely and thoroughly outperformed by Donald Brown, Ahmad Bradshaw, and Boom Herron. He is out of excuses.

Hardy meets with the Cowboys. Can't say, as a player, I'd hate having him on that defense. As a person, I can't say he'd be the worst person to be a Cowboy.

I like he doesn't even say what the the teams strengths were. I'm going to just guess and say running the ball and D. But how did this off season work out on both of those fronts?
Franchise leading rusher, gone.
Iupati gone.
Willis, gone.
Borland gone.
CB'/DB's gone.
Justin Smith 99% probably gone (I see no reason for him to come back now, but the fact he hasn't announced anything yet is telling, either he will play or will wait til the last second to screw over the ownership??)

But hey we signed some WR's, older RB and an older D-line men coming off an injury year. Playing to our strengths!!

Also I can't wait to see this quote taken completely out of context:
From Gore on choosing Indy:

"When I knew I wasn't going back to the 49ers, my first option was I wanted to be with a great quarterback," Gore said. "I feel that you have to have a great quarterback to have a chance. Luck is a young quarterback and he does everything. He can throw. He can run. He's physical. He's a leader."

Edit - Bold'd the part that will be left out and thus spun as Gore thinks Kaep sucks or something along those lines.

Charles Clay is unofficially officially a Buffalo Bill. Miami declines to match Buffalo's offer sheet (which imho Buffalo is overpaying for). 5 years/$38m, $24.5m in the first two years, $20m of which is guaranteed.

He's being paid like a top 5 TE.

Wow I can't believe the Colts could not get anything for Trent Richardson. His salary was a little over 3million so that's not super high but now low either.

He seems like he has issues like Ricky Williams did. RW played well after he got help so I think TR could be a decent player as well on the right team. I don't see the raiders as that team though.
