I wouldn't be so quick to lock in on Denver, the Pats did lose to them in the AFC championship game but considering the lost Wilfork, Mayo, Gronk for the season it's a testament to how hard they play for BB that they even got to that game, now they added Revis and Browner in the secondary and as usual whoever manages to stay the healthiest and has the deepest bench will play a big part.
Denver stocked up in the offseason and have a great chance to make it back to the Super Bowl if everyone remains healthy.
The Lions? LOL! You forget who they hired as their coach.
Broncos vs Green Bay, with Denver winning it all and Peyton finally retiring.
Denver gets Von Miller back, added DeMarcus Ware, Aquib Talib, and TJ Ward. That's some talent added back to the defense.
Actually IIRC the Bengals have made it to the postseason the last couple of years but have not won any games when they get there. The Lions do have a good QB, Megatron, and can ring up points quickly but the team lacks discipline and the defense has issues at DB and safety.
Actually, that offense goes as Welker does, and I'd argue that aside from QB, the Lions have better offensive weapons.

The Lions have better offensive weapons than who? The Broncos? I'd disagree. Johnson is obviously better than any Denver WR, but the Broncos have a better TE, better secondary receivers, and the best QB who ever played the game. Not to mention that Denver's defense is better and far more disciplined and intelligent.
Plus John Fox >>>>>>>> Jim Caldwell. Caldwell will stand on the sideline with his usual "deer in headlights" look and the Lions will go nowhere in what might be the second or third toughest division in football after the NFC West and possibly NFC South. Caldwell might instill some discipline but any game requiring game planning, in-game adjustments, and coaching acumen will result in Caldwell falling on his face. The Colts won with their talent in spite of Caldwell, not because of him.

So Brady got traded to Denver?, IDK that...
Yeah, John Fox sure got the Pathers Superbowl victories...oh wait, he only got them to one. My bad!
Uh, John Fox has 2 Super Bowl appearances. Caldwell had one with a team that already had an elite roster and was the best team in the league and managed to lose. The only reason Caldwell was even hired to coach the Colts was because Dungy pushed him to Irsay. Polian viewed Caldwell as someone he could manipulate so I'm sure he favored it too.
I've told this story before, and I'll tell it again. I went to a pizza place a mile or two from the Colts complex once and Caldwell strolled in (he was an assistant at the time) and even looked clueless picking up pizza. His next stop was probably to pick up Manning's dry cleaning.
Yeah, Manning needed a decent backup.
Bears vs. Broncos with, unfortunately, the Broncos winning it all.

Did you see the same Superbowl 48 the rest of us watched? Choke. Artist.
Some highlights for you, in case you missed it.

Manning's stats for the Superbowl:
34/49 | 5.7 yard average per pass | 280 yards total passing | 1 TD / 2 INT's | 24.4 QBR.
He was destined to be Dan Marino, got lucky with an incredibly weak NFC one year. The Broncos will not win the SB. ()
The Denver defense was just as responsible (or more so) for that collapse. Also, Manning has been to 3 SBs so far -- Marino only made it to 1.
Patriots fans should be elated that it looks like the Giants won't be making it to the big time any time soon, so if they can catch a little luck, they might win another.
