Personally I think modern auto styling is the worst it was been since the big tail fin days of the late 50's (possiby discounting the "I'm more macho than you" era of Dodges where everything looked like a RAM), and now Camry is jumping on the same bandwagon. Pimp up the car with lots of phony swopes, macho grilles, etc.
Improvement, not really. Just keeping up with phony trends. Put the effort into mileage, comfort and durability and Toyota will keep it's already huge owner base happy.
And some steering feel.
You mean a Mazda3?
I rented one of those in FL recently. Talk about a small appliance-like car. I don't get what all the fuss is about with those cars. It was okay for a compact car but no way would I ever buy one.
Florida is not exactly a mecca for winding mountain roads, and rental places usually carry the "i" model with smaller rims and softer feel.
The red one looks okay, but the silver one looks frumpy as ever, and the wide mouth just odd.
It was just a buzzy little piece of crap IMO.
There hasn't been a good-looking Camry since the XV10 ceased production in 1996.
ZV
good ol' toyota taurus.
the one that came after that was pleasant, too.
