Trump may be so bad that Americans might just reject conservative economic policies for a decade or two.

Recently his ratings fell from the mid 40s it was for the first few months to being in the 30s

People are realizing that Trump isn't going to protect medicare and Social Security like he claimed he was going to do during the campaign. So it appears that he's losing independent voters that he was able to con into voting for him while the republicans are still supporting him.

Khruschev was a saint compared to most politicians. At least he actually seemed to try to make the world a much better place.

And as for populists, there is only one truth about them.

I hate the overall subtle message that keeps getting played that we should respect people for lining up behind racism and fascism because they "are doing it for other reasons than racism and fascism" and they are just poor decent souls who we are attacking, and that they can do no bad.

As for a prediction? Many of the fools who voted for Trump will quietly realize they've been had and vote democrat, or not vote, in the next 2 elections. 2018 and 2020.

But I always underestimate the stupidity of my fellow man so. I dunno.
