is there a good way to watch VODs? i do want to see the fencing matches (foil, specifically)
Your best bet is to just bite the bullet and get a Peacock subscription for one month (like $9 with ads or $14 without) ...you can watch all of the replays from there....they list all of the available sports, so pick the sport you want to watch and then pick from the list of available replays.
Wish they’d support proper timeshifting during the evening broadcast. I should be able to join in an hour late, and fast forward through parts.I watched surfing all day yesterday. Just an overall well-done production, from knowledgeable commentary to amazing camera work that kept me interested the whole time. Peacock has set the bar for how you do olympic coverage.
Honestly their terrible coverage last summer Olympics if you just had Peacock is why I have zero interest this year. There were times last year where they stopped a live broadcast of US athletes to show an ad or only showed certain US athletes on cable and not through streaming. Not to mention their refusal to give you a chance to watch a pre-recorded event before their designated release time. "Sorry even though the event ended 13 hours ago and we have all the video you must wait till 8pm to watch this event because we said so". That allowed plenty of time for random headlines or conversations about a marquee event or major victory/defeat to work their way into your dayNBC coverage has been trash - too much yapping, too many personal stories, not enough air-time.
Will those replays be available after the Olympics terminates (i.e. after Aug. 11)?Your best bet is to just bite the bullet and get a Peacock subscription for one month (like $9 with ads or $14 without) ...you can watch all of the replays from there....they list all of the available sports, so pick the sport you want to watch and then pick from the list of available replays.
Except for Nuss, listed at 5' 6". Her partner, Kloth is 6' 4", though. I think they have a real shot at the Gold. So does the other USA team, who are playing today, I think.Sand Volleyball has been a good watch! Those people are TALL!

Yeah, avoiding spoilers is tough. I'm watching just NBC coverage and it's not easy, but I timeshift with my TCL 43" TVs. Only supports 90 minutes (I can see the last 90 minutes up to NOW). Have remote in hand and your wits, it's not too bad. Have to FF through a lot of stuff because I saw it before. Sift sift sift. And avoid most commercials, of course. And FF through Olympics coverage in news broadcasts to avoid spoilers. That allowed plenty of time for random headlines or conversations about a marquee event or major victory/defeat to work their way into your day
Stop just looking at the tushes and pick up on the sport, it's not fake.I watch to see the US womans fake beach volley ball. The tiny bikinis. I haven't seen any other country other than the US wearing them so tiny.
The beach is fake, not the sport.Stop just looking at the tushes and pick up on the sport, it's not fake.
The beach is fake, not the sport.
yes, I know.It is normal practice to build stadiums and truck in tons of sand for major beach volleyball events...
