He would still be surrounded by mostly ineffective goons, Project 2025 would not be a thing, and he would have been limited by a divided if not fully Dem controlled Congress (assuming in this scenario that Dems sweep in 2022 midterms). We would have missed out on some of Biden's modest wins but nothing that couldn't be replicated down the line
We could have trudged thru another 4 years of Trump and then at least would have been free of him forever, with both parties forced to reset.

If you’re Russia you find the absolute shittiest spot covered by article 5 and hat you can make even the slightest claims about and you occupy it/start some shit there. Then one of or some combination of the following two things happens: Trump either declares the US will not assist if article 5 is invoked (what, are we going to war over some ice?!) or the member state invokes it and we don’t respond. NATO dead and basically without firing a shot.
After that Russia starts in on the Baltics the same way it has with Georgia and Ukraine, rinse, repeat.
