More than 57000+ uncommitted with just 46% counted, on pace for 100,000+

Biden is Toast!

Well played Putin chess move!

Not saying the chicken little people are even remotely correct. But Biden does have more to worry about than the orange monkey. While these Haley voters say they are fed up with the orange monkey, they’ll fall in line and choose party over country in November. Unfortunately history in 2016 has already shown, Dems and Ind will stay home instead of choosing neither candidate they hate.

Yep, he’s toast with 87% of the vote and similar numbers of uncommitted votes to past Michigan primaries. No time to course correct and listen to that 13% either, only nine months to election. Brilliant take!

You are underestimating the emotion of Spite! This isn't a normal issue. Biden gave aid and comfort to their sworn enemy.

Trust is like glass, once shattered.. there is no going back. My reading of the situation is the votes are there for Dems, but not for Biden.

But you could be right.. plenty of people stay in a relationship after trust is broken. Like @eelw said

So if I understand your views correctly it’s that swing voters do not exist and base motivation only matters for Democrats?

If the votes are there for Democrats but not Biden then why does Biden outperform other Democratic candidates in presidential polling?

Every candidate is different. With Hillary we lost the blue wall. With Clinton and Biden.. we got Georgia.

Dems need to start preparing now for how to get to 270 without MI and MN or really mend relationships with those voters.

That doesn’t answer the question though?

Has nothing to do with it. Every president has given aid and comfort to Israel. Its allowing Israel to get away with genocide and slaughtering tens of 1000s of men, women and children, something that has not been seen in decades (since Israeli invasion of Lebanon in 1982). I would presume any ethnic minority would be incensed to see their tax dollars go to annihilating members of their own tribe.

Haha exactly. Biden more than doubles Trump’s margin and he’s the one in trouble.

Well Trump did get more votes: 756,636 vs 618,115 votes

Gives them all the justification they need for those sensationalist headlines.

I am just not sold on all those Nikki Haley voters voting for Biden! I like being positive but somehow can't see it happening.

It's going to be Trump vs Biden, no? That's been obvious for ages now. Will you just get on with it and get a result either way?

I swear the US drags out this process deliberately, because of all the economic activity it entails. It's a form of Keynesianism - electoral campaigns that go on in perpetuity in order to pump cash into the economy via campaign spending. Other countries go to war to achieve that, you have endless electoral campaigns.

It is crazy how the US spends about 75% of the time in campaign mode. When a president wins they have about 1 year where they can operate normally. Then it's time to campaign for the midterm elections. After the midterm elections the opposition party usually gains so then they use their newfound power to campaign for the presidency in the next cycle.

Trump is in bad shape overall - which is good for us because we have put forth one of the weakest candidates in history.

In 2012 Mitt Romney got 400k votes in the R primary to Obama's 175k votes in the Dem caucus.

I didn't know that.. I travelled overseas for a lot of years consecutively during that time. But I did travel back to vote for Obama in Nov 2012!

Still remember waiting at JFK to board a plane and the TV was showing Megyn Kelly lose her shit over.. Obama getting Ohio and what that meant!

I'm over the NYT. I keep my $4/month subscription for the cooking section, the Athletic, and just to check out a few articles. I go to WaPo first, also use the Guardian, BBC News, google news, Euronews and some other sources.

CNN and NYT must be related.. they both are leaning right and distorting facts at the same time.

Might as well be the new breitbart!

Imagine if Biden was 60. Other than the Gaza mess, how has the last 2 years been for you. Has it been horrible, or has there been more progress on infrastructure, union promotion, a booming wall street? It wouldn't even be a contest. But, Trump's mentally normal and a whopping 3 years younger. Get a grip.
