Let's see, as rough estimate, would need upwards of a 100% import tariff on all imports, including terminating US participation in all trade agreements, to cover removal of income taxes for the first year. And that tariff rate would have to increase sharply every year. With continually cratering revenues and skyrocketing deficits, interest rates and inflation would rapidly get to double digits, and grow exponentially from there.

Of course, retaliatory tariffs would be quickly imposed cratering not only the US but likely the global economy within months of enactment ~ to catapult us into the Great Trump Depression outdoing the wimpy 1930's Great Depression.

I think it’s more that they are rich guys who know Trump will cut their taxes and so are naturally predisposed towards him. When they actually meet him though they realize he’s so demented and insane that even the promise of money has them thinking twice.

In Trump would probably be openly enthusiastic about it as a Congressmember was privately to then PM Menachem Begin during a closed Senate hearing in 1982 in the wake of Israel's conflict with Lebanon and also recounted in "The Internationalists" by Alex B Ward.

There is in fact a very large difference. Trump has endorsed maximum slaughter in Gaza to ‘get it over with’.

It’s sort of like how people thought Trump was no different or even better than Obama with drone strikes or whatever when in reality Trump unleashed far more slaughter.

I think perhaps you seem to have a mistaken view of where a large plurality if not majority of Gen Z stands on the issue of Biden's administrations permissive attitudes toward our "great ally" and their murder campaign in the Middle East.
