UPDATES: Apparently the 11 yr old's sister (15 yr old) asked the guys to stop cussing and spilling beer on them. Then the perp's friend SPIT on the 11 yr old and was thrown out of the game after the dad reported it to the usher.

i would have tossed the guy over the seats in front of me and off the balcony for spitting on my daughter. i understand he was worried about being arrested, and that would probably go through my mind as well. some people are just douchenoodles.
