Well, I have 30 days to return it for a refund and I may end up doing just that if I find another laptop with the specs I want (mainly decent processor, a lot of RAM, and a good video card) that looks better.
The main thing here is to remember that I spent over $300 on the CompleteCare plan. Without that this laptop would have been $1680 after tax, shipping, and rebates...so when you're looking at other models keep that in mind because I think Dell is the only one who offers such a plan.
Also, I spent extra to be sure that I had (1) 256MB chip so I could add another 256MB crucial chip later...and upgrading to the 15" UXGA screen tacked on a tidy sum.
