Physically she is a very beautiful woman, but her elitist attitude and willingness to unashamedly exploit another human being makes her somewhat ugly.

I don't see jail time in the woman's future, and I don't think it deserves it. I think she should have to pay a fine equal to $4,500 x the total months the woman worked for her, to the woman. Plus, she should lose her right to work in the US, and be sent back to her home country.

The US should deport and permanently bar the women to save on legal/jail costs. Fraud such as this makes one removable. It is also one of the banned for life offenses.

They should also give her housekeeper a T visa or asylum. Depending on the circumstances, she might meet the definition of human trafficking. At the very minimum it is obvious the housekeeper will be persecuted by the Indian government if she goes back to India.
