yeah mine will do 2.5 no sweat can't really push it past though... so I'm betting many have hit 2.4-2.5 and a few have hit 2.7 on air...

i doubt that.. many have hit 2.7 on air? maybe a few ppl a best

no doubt at all. last yr, during the mobile xp rage, a lot of people hit 2.7ghz with their nf7-s or dfi infinity. same goes for the a64's now that can reach 2.7ghz (though this is more rare) on stock cooler.

I'm running my 35watt 2400+ at 2,400 (12x200) @ 1.7v. It's fast 'n cheap.

It's better than stock, but not nearly as high as it should go. 2.4-2.5 on air sounds about right, with good cooling and a voltage bump.

Isn't 2.15V kinda high ? Just out of curiosity, what are your temps at 2.15V?

2.15v is very high. The only people doing 2.7ghz on air were those with something like an SLK-947U slapped on there with a DFI board. High temps I'd imagine, though. I run mine at 2.3 because I'm worried of temps around 2.5 or so. I also need a new PSU

I talked a friend of mine into letting me build him a machine with a 2400-m and an NF7-S. His would only do 2.1 GHz, while mine ran 2.3. I later gave him $50 dollars for his and got him a 2600-m which is running 2.3 GHz with 1.6v. I got another 2600-m for my plain NF7, and it's identical to his at lower voltages. I tried mine at extremes (case open and big fan blowing in) and got it stable at 2.6 GHz at ~1.8v. I also tried his old 2400-m in my board, and it still wouldn't run stable above 2.1 GHz at high or low voltage.
