they have no b&m, they are based out of orange county, you cant pick anything up instore unless its a computer package. Its company "policy". Though, if you ask to pick something up, they will ask you what it is...they know what items bring in the big shipping profits. If you call their tele # you get the same Indian guy everytime for customer support. They cut corners, and they have an account here on anandtech. I dont know which one, but they have one. When you buy something they send you and email linked to this site telling to post a good deal if you think you got one. I bought some cases from them, they wanted $17 shipped each case(got 4). I said look, i would rather spend the time to drive up there(from san diego ~2 hours) then to pay your fvcking shipping charge. They said no way, must ship. then i was supposed to get 16 led fans, they sent me 8 non-led fans, and i have to contact them to send the other 8. i did get the $.01 rounded ide, they sent me 2 ide cables and 1 floppy cable, so i was happy about that.
