The Application Process

There are three steps in the application process, during which you may:


Tell us about yourself

Tell us about your education level & experiences

Refer any of your friends who might like to become members, too (this is an optional step)
The information you provide will generate your own confidential Higher Studies Personal Profile. We will use your Personal Profile to see if you fit into one of the predetermined demographic groups participating in the Higher Studies Focus Group Sessions. If you do, we will send you an email inviting you to become a Higher Studies Research Member. This email will also explain how to sign up for a Focus Group Session.

I already signed up for this last time it was posted. It doesn't look like they pick very many students for their study because I don't remember anyone getting picked!

You only get the gift certificate if you are picked for a focus group. You do not get one just for applying. They'll get all your info to sell, and you only get a chance at a gift certificate.

So if you apply but you don't fit into the demographic groups they are studying, then you've given them all the personal info and you don't get the Amazon GC? Am I right?
