I justed cancelled my order after phoning in respect to the confirmation email. There was no sign of the $25 rebate in the email despite the fact that it was there at check-out. I was told that it only applied to stuff in the Spring Catelogue or at very least that it excluded clearance items.

I just used the coupon to get the short sleeved dress shirt for free, but it made me pay shipping and taxes. $6.50 for an originally $65 or more shirt is a steal! And to those who don't know brooks brothers - yes they are trustworthy, they have been in business forever and make awesome, super high quality suits and have been forever. this should work fine, but no free shipping anymore at least...

The last time around brooks brothers had a 10 off 10 coupon w/ free shipping , ordered and then called them a week later asking about it..it was only then that they charged my credit card and shipped the item. so i just spoke to the CSR at brooks brothers...she told me that the coupon was for only a single use and she had to cancel my second order, any how they didnt even have the item i ordered on my second order in stock. my first order, however is gonna take 3 biz days !

Well just called to check on my orders, they had a hold on my orders, apparently you can only use the coupon once. They cancelled my second order and they said my first order would be released from hold status next WEEK!!!! Well was worth a try, one is better then none....
