In case anyone is having trouble, here are some step-by-step instructions that I had posted over at FW forums. Funny thing is that nobody actually seems be be having trouble at this site but some people at the other forum couldn't figure it out.

1) Go the the HP Club Website.

2) Click on the Crucial logo in the center of the screen.

3) A little box will pop-up. Click on CONTINUE.

4) A new window will pop-up that takes you to Crucial.com. I chose PC2700 on the left-hand side.

5) I chose the very first DIMM under the 184-Pin DIMM section (part# CT6464Z335) and indicated a quantity of 1 and clicked on "BUY".

6) Click on checkout on the next page and then enter your info on the following page. The next page will have a login page in case you've ordered from them before. It may not make a difference but I would say DON'T LOGIN and just enter in your personal info.

7) On the next page you will fill in your address and then enter the coupon ( the code is NLHP25Q610) down towards the bottom and then click continue. The next page should have an order summary which reflects the coupon.

If it does not show the coupon then you must have not followed the steps correctly or perhaps you chose an item that the coupon is not valid for. Good luck!!

I've tried using opera and ie, ie was temporary set to accept ALL cookies and acts the same way as opera.

Even with the "instructions" it fails to work

I just ordered a 512 pc 2100 for about $40 bucks.

I have zero to no computer knowledge.I used the compatibilty test at HP to see what I needed.

I keep seeing people who ordered the pc 2700.

I have a HP 750N 512 MB computer.

Should I have ordered a pc2700 card, or would that now work on my system?

I got mine today, first time I ever got ram from Crucial that did not have Micron chips, this stick has Infineon chips on it.

works fine, just came as a shock to me, I know they have been using Samsung for the PC3200, but PC2700.......
