OK, here is something new. I went to the Samsung website and entered the part number m368l6423dtm-cb3 (found on my Samsung DIMM label) into their Part Number Search Box and the result states that this particular DIMM is DDR400 :Q Here is the link. This could be real interesting indeed.

Ooops, never mind, further searching on the Samsung site reveals that this is DDR333, not DDR400. My bad.

I ordered mine on 4/28 and it arrived today. I got MT chips on mine (512MB PC2700). I think Crucial purchases modules on the spot market to fill inventory if prices are good. They've been doing this for a while, nothing new. I think Infineon and Samsung modules are as good quality as Micron.
