I think it will be a bit more reliable and cheaper (shipping wise) to get the flat panel from Costco. They have these 15' ones but Princeton. Once upon a time they made great monitors these should be pretty okay for $600-$700.

I purchased this LCD 2 months ago for higher price. However, I must say this unit has exceeded my expectation as it performs extremely well against my office's Viewsonic and Samsung. From what I understand, the LCD panel is made either by Panasonic or Samsung and the unit manufactured by Grandview Technologies in Taiwan. Grandview Technologies also makes LCD monitors for many big name OEMs. Costco and Sams do have LCD at similar price. But if you need a black LCD, I think it's a pretty good choice. Oh, by the way, the video input option is pretty cool as I can play my VCR movie on my LCD monitor. .

Notice this is one of those ANALOG INPUT monitors that everyone is
trying to dump before the market learns the wide difference between
an analog input and a digital (DFP/DVI/P&D)Active Matrix TFT LCD.

And it gets even more confusing:
DFP Digital interface only
P&D-D Digital interface only
P&D-A Analog interface
DVI-A Analog interface
DVI-D Digital interface
DVI-I Analog and Digital interface

***DON'T BE DUPED***

Analog interface LCDs suffer from pixel jitter which can be quite
un-nerving at times. It is an artifact of the Digital to Analog
and then the Analog to Digital conversion process.
