I had this same page minimized already... just wanted to check Anandtech first before buuying. Now, is this real junk? Anyone know if it will work on those gateway 6400 servers?
I am sure I got some PCs around here somewhere that would enjoy it. Is there any risk of putting it in a mobo and have it do damage to it if it is not compatible?
Thanks
I'm pretty sure those gateways will need ECC registered ram, but I'm not sure. Believe it or not, I didn't buy one, but that's mainly due to the fact that I am but the tender age of 17 and only have about 40 dollars in my Safeway Select Bank Account.
The shipping price via UPS ground will be calculated as follow:
* Quantity: 1 for $11.00
* Quantity: 2 for $15.00
* Quantity: 3 for $18.00
* Quantity: 4 for $20.00
* Quantity: 5 and up, please add $2.50 for each
Well, that's $11 for shipping per item, so $18 + $11 = $29 for 256mb PC133 RAM? Not that bad, but you need a good motherboard which I really need to get -- mrcodedude
