The customer service people at jcshopper are craps....they sucks...
first of all...it took them more than a week before they actually ship the damn memory....
during that time the price dropped again like crazy...more than 20 bucks...I called two days
before they shipped my momory and ask for them to reimburse the difference...they said ok, it can be done....
the next day I call them again...they told me to wait and hang up on me(maybe because I called 10 minutes before they close)...finally I called again the day(today) they shipped my memory to make sure I get my reimbursement....they said no reimbursement after the product has been shipped...I told them that I asked 2 days ago and it was ok...and the customer service guy asked me whom did I talked to.....he is a #@$@$#@$...it was him whom I talked to two days ago and he still asked me whom I talked to that day???...so I didn't bother to say it was you damn it and ..I said "well, I can return and reorder again why don't you just give me my reimbursement. it's the samething anyways".....and they want to charge me 10% for restocking fee........basically what I want to say is jcshopper SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS....those people have no moral, no business ethic(if there is one)...I will never buy from them again even if their ram is dirt cheap......
