I am using 512MB of this Ram with no problems for 3 weeks now. SO if you have an AMD chip and one of the above MOBOs, you're in business.

I would be careful about dealing with this company. They have a 2.4 rating @ resellerratings.com. Pretty bad reviews.

I guess these memory does not work on intel based chipset, right?
Anyone care to explain why the memory works on the AMD based chipset does not work on intel based chipset?

Sam, it's because the Intel LX, BX, and other chipsets don't support 32Mx4 SDRAM chips, which is what these are. There are other reasons for incompatibility with this RAM, but it doesn't apply to most Intel boards.

Edit: these guys claim their RAM is *guaranteed* to work with the listed mobo's, so if it doesn't work, just send it back I imagine.

I have this ram on a compatible board (ASUS P3V4X) running an 800E at 920mhz.

All for the low low price of $71 +shipping. I don't like upgradeplanet but the deal is solid.
