I answered this is many of the other 28 Weeks thread... i thought it was decent. Really wished i waited for the DVD though, so i could watch it in the comfort of my own home... much prefer watching horror movies by myself. Something about being in a room with hundreds of others just kill the atmosphere for me.
In any case, i don't think it's as good as the original. 28 Days i would give 8/10... this i would give 4.5/10. I expected it to be good, with the idea that the US and UN are now in charge of re-patriotizing Britain. But it got all goofy and the seriousness of it was nothing like the first one. The first one kept you on your seat because you wondered if they were going to survive, and if so, how (the first 15mins was awesome though). In this one, you're just watching the US gun everybody down and then fire bomb everything... and then chemical bombed everybody.
And it was predictable.

The thing that really bugged me was..... why couldn't the CHIEF MEDICAL OFFICER get on the radio and say "I have the two kids who may be immune and may host the cure to the infection. I need a helicoptor". Why did she have to go AWOL with the sniper guy? Don't you think someone would have noticed that the CHIEF MEDICAL OFFICER was missing? I mean, doesn't she have duties, considering she is the highest ranking medical officer (a Major no less).

Saw it over the weekend and I thought it was weak and here are the reasons:
SPOILERS:
1. Why they let the humans back in the city while the whole city still not clean, ie, dead bodies still around.
2. The mom lays there by herself, no guard outside the door whatsoever so the dad can sneak inside and then it becomes a big mess.
3. The military must be the dumbest thing. Send the humans down the subway after the outbreak, lock them up and then shot to kill everyone. No plan, no backup, no leadership, nothing.
4. The ending is kinda stupid, it opens the door for another sequel, 28 years anyone?
Its a movie. Deal with it.
This movie is better than the first. Its the best zombie film ever to come out!
