2900xt goes on Sale - $320 at Best Buy [ooS now]

Does this sound right? I dont think so since many of you who bought the 2900XT the first time they had it for $320 said they went into the B&M store and the sale price was honored.

Do I need to go into Best Buy a third time and ask to speak to the GM himself?

I'm currently in an e-mail battle with their CS dept, so we'll see how that goes.

it sounds like a bait and switch. i've been waiting to jump on the $316 special, but i guess it's back to watching for 8800 specials at other stores.

Show him the current weekly add that shows 20% off all Visiontek graphics cards.

good luck Matt2 ... BB is hard to deal with if they perceive you as a "devil"
... i.e. trying to get something "out" of them

... i think it boils down to two things: 1) IF it is still on sale and 2) IF it can be ordered right now by you
[and most importantly IF they want to do it for you .. think of ways to give them reasons to do it for you ... to benefit them]
