Ordered from them back in the days of Slot 1 heatsinks that you could brick your house with. Loved them then and was very disappointed when I went looking for L1A's recently and found that they were selling only remaining inventory.

Good luck to you folks (or folk)!

sweet, good luck. I've ordered a lot of stuff through 2cooltek and was very saddened when I heard the news.

I never had any problem with the previous ownership. I can only hope that whoever is running it now does as good a job.

I'll try to answer all the posts at once. Yes 2cooltek is now in MN ... talk about the irony of that.. 2cool where it is too cool... ha
We will try to be as helpfull as the previous ownership, I dont want to say as good or even better, as the previous owner (Ian) ran things really smoothly. The goal will be to earn the respect of everyone from the past and future, which we do not feel is a given or assumed thing to have that respect. If given a chance, I think you'll find that we'll try to be as helpful and accomodating as you can hope for, and wish to get things up and running little by little as it has started out good. Its already going pretty good. Just be patient as we add things to the store (time consuming) but progressing. If there are items of interest that arent there yet, give us some feedback and we'll try to get what you need if possible. The forum is open for leaving your ideas and general comments, so feel free.
Thanks for letting me put you to sleep

I wish you the best, but first impressions are lacking. I don't think I've seen an online merchant before with next to nothing in stock.

Well, thats kind of what starting from scratch looks like.... so far, theres about 140 different items in that have been added, which is a little more than "nothing". Thanks for your constructive (hopefully) criticism. Hopefully you'll be patient as it progresses.
Thanks

Ian was the owner of 2cooltek. I orderd a lot of stuff from him and he was a top-notch guy. Hw started 2cooltek when he was in the Air Force and actually had a part-time business in 2cooltek.

Best wishes to Ian for all the great years.

I used to shop w/Ian almost exclusively... bought all my Alphas from him, starting with the monstrous P3125... Hell, I still have Priority Mail boxes here that I use for storage that have his Satellite Beach, FL return address on them I went for a long time not needing any cooling doodads for my rig, and only recently discovered that he had closed the store.

Best of luck to you Tim, keep an eye on this forum so you know what we want to buy!

hi,
I've been working on the water cooling stuff... Trying to negotiate with different suppliers, with availability, pricing, etc. I wonder how many people here that thought about the concept of watercooling before someone developed it.... I know I half joked about it a few years back with how hot the systems were starting to run.... I make the comment... "whats next, water cooled CPU's?"
Any particular models you are interested in? If I can get a feel of what people are looking serioiusly at, it helps to work on pricing if I have customers standing at the door waiting I've been looking at asetek, corsairs, and a few others...
Thanks

Just wanted to drop a note and say thanks to everyone who has visited the 2cooltek site and also shopped at the store. I've been busy with getting merchandise in, shipping it out and at the same time trying to post more and more products. I know theres a long way to go, but eventually it will get there!
If there's anything you are looking for that isnt listed, please drop us a line and we will try to help you out. Thanks for all the input from everyone!

When you get around to it your pictures could really use some help. Your pic. of the Tsunami Dream Tower makes it look like it stretches on forever.

Hope you do some case mod projects.. Those were interesting to read.
I do believe water cooling w/ be very big due to the heat processors are putting out these days &
the benefits in regards to noise that water cooling offers.

Good Luck

Jose
