Yes, you're right, I guess it is kinda pricey. But, the RAM you link does not qualify for the $25 MIR. Read the few previous posts. So, how about the one http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/ProductDetail.jsp?ProductCode=85264 Not only is it REV2 of the RAM you linked it's also cheaper after MIR.

Higher frequency memory performs better than lower frequency lower latency. Although $112 AR is tough to beat and I can't really tell you that the speed difference is worth the $58 more...

Looks really good after rebate !

I see it is rated at 1.9v default, but warranted to 2.2 ..

Wouldn't be surprised if it would do DDR2 900 or better with a voltage bump ...
