it appears that sp3 went up on the corporate windows update site for a short amount of time yesterday and someone did manage to get a hold of it. The file was fairly quickly taken down but would appear to be final code and once it is installed the version info in windows just says sp3 rather than a build number.
Personally i havent tried it yet because i cant get back on the ftp site to download it and didnt finish it last night but with any luck some mirrors might start to spring up.
