2nd UPDATE**: How do I ask out a girl who is always surrounded by ppl?

So there is a chick in my class who I want to ask to drinks this weekend, but she always has ppl around her. How do I find a way to either ask her when others are around or catch her alone without looking like I am stalking her? PS we are both 22+

UPDATE: we are both a little sick this week, and a bunch of law school students are going out tonight, so I think I am just going to call her and chat it up a bit and ask her if she is going out tonite. Since we are both sick, I'll just play it cool and see where it goes from here..

Then that is something that you are going to have to deal with if you are to be hanging out with her--ask her in front of her friends...

Or you could always find her in facebook and "poke" her.

OP doesn't have the confidence for that. That would work, but the op is looking for a minimum risk way to ask her out. If no one else is around, he won't feel as bad if she rejects him.

That would never work. The guys she is with will probably burst out laughing...I know I would.

You got her alone before, so get her alone again. Chat her up, then ask her out, and don't pussify it by saying all that "hey uhhh...i was wondering uhhhh" and "that is, if you arent doing anything already."
