Question 2x4pin cpu fan connector

I have a motherboard “biostar z170t” comes with 2x4pin cpu fan header named “cpu_fan1” & “cpu_fan2” and i have “V8 gts” cpu cooler and comes with two fans and each fan comes with 4pin connector also. should i connect them on 1 cpu header using y splitter or should i connect them separately? Im asking for which is better, thank you.

Either way works. Going individually gives you separate controlling of the fans but you should still have them rotating at same speeds.

Ive attached it already separately and when i checked at the bios they have different RPM i already disable smartfan still different rmp

You could try the Y-splitter and see if it makes any difference in temperatures by having both fans at the same speed.
If it doesn't (which is what I suspect) then don't use the splitter. Driving them from different headers means the current load is also split.

Fans, even from the same batch, usually have an acceptable range of variation in RPM-- check your fan specs. You may find that even if they're off by 5% or even 10% that may still be considered in-spec by the manufacturer.
