I don't think they look that bad. I have a couple pairs of shorts that are kind of long, I can't stand short shorts (I don't like shorts much in general actually).

Capris look good only on a really small subset of the population. That subset being, "hot, fit chicks".

But it's not your fault you bought those. I actually blame the clothes designers for unleashing those travesties on male fashion.

You'd last about a day in Southern California. When I was in College I didn't even own a pair of shoes. I had flip flopps on year round. I had an old pair of boots that I'd wear those 5 days it rained.
