3:47am and I can't sleep! :-(

Man, my "normal" sleeping pattern is going down the drain!! :-(
It's impossible for me to sleep early anymore! I have to wake up at around 7:00 on tuesdays and thursdays, 9:00 on mondays, wednesdays and fridays which gives me about 3 or 4 hours of sleep; i get so tired that i have to take long naps in the afternoons... after my nap, i can't sleep anymore at nite!!! Then the cycle continues.... AAHHH!!!

Sounds like my schedule Now I just stay up instead of sleeping a few hours every night, because I've missed too many morning classes from oversleeping One more missed class in Civ Pro and my grade gets lowered.

My schedule is shot to sh!t also though. I've only been sleeping every other night, and then proceeded to stay up for 2 days straight before I slept again.

This week I woke up Sunday at 9am, and went to bed at 4am on Tuesday morning. I woke up at 12pm on Tuesday and didn't go to sleep until Thursday at 3:30am. Now I'm awake at 5:17am on Friday heheh

I hope this isn't unhealthy.
