how much sugar in those? my favorite drink is the Monster Lo Card (light blue). I sometimes drink over 64oz of it a day (try to limit at 1 24oz can most of the time). I used to love the original Moster, then a friend doctor really stressed the negative effects of large amounts of sugar in the long run on me, so I switched to low carb. It's been 3 months now, and I can't make myself drink regular energy drinks anymore - they are way too sweet. Nasty. So, if you like either the white Rockstar, blue Monster, or sugar free Red Bulls, and you've tried these drinks here, please share your thoughts
