how much sugar in those? my favorite drink is the Monster Lo Card (light blue). I sometimes drink over 64oz of it a day (try to limit at 1 24oz can most of the time). I used to love the original Moster, then a friend doctor really stressed the negative effects of large amounts of sugar in the long run on me, so I switched to low carb. It's been 3 months now, and I can't make myself drink regular energy drinks anymore - they are way too sweet. Nasty. So, if you like either the white Rockstar, blue Monster, or sugar free Red Bulls, and you've tried these drinks here, please share your thoughts

Each HeadShot contains about 1/2 the sugar of a can of Coke, or a 1/2 glass of Orange or Cranberry juice. The thing with coke is, many will have 2 cans at a time. It takes about 4 Headshots to equal the sugar in 2 cans of Coke.

If you are looking for a sugar rush, stick with soda or juice. The kick from these is not from the relatively small amount of sugar.

These are concentrated, so they are very sweet. Yet still much less sugar "per normal serving" than other popular drinks normal servings.

For example, when theanine is in the body along with caffeine, your brain's inhibitory neurotransmitters(GABA) are actually released! Serotonin levels are also increased, further increasing relaxation and drowsiness.

Point being, caffeine is caffeine no matter the source, but your diet and mood can greatly affect what you get out of it.

so did they really mislabel all of these? seems more likely that they just had way to much supply and not enough demand so now they have a shitload they need get rid of since it is expired

Well, there is a chance that is true, but I'm very happy with the cases I've received. They aren't the same as drinking an entire can of Monster, but I do notice the caffeine in them.

Anyone have any problems with some of the bottles leaking at the bottom seam? I lost a few b/c the seam failed and leaked in my mini fridge. Yuk. Sticky mess.

I chugged one down......I thought..wow these things are sweet...

A few minutes later...I felt kind of odd..then the fun started...I started contracting or something..my body was like flexing....all of it.

The guys I work with drink energy drinks all the time and work till midnight.

I was in agony......the guys told me I should have sipped the drink.


Gatorade for me.....

I'm still trying to finish mine, several months later. IMO they're trash. They have a "syrupy" consistency, they're VERY sweet, and completely uncarbonated. They work a little bit, but I still think a red bull gives more of a buzz. They're nothing compared to 5 hour energy, but that's not really a fair comparison.

The one thing I did find them useful for is some killer spiked drinks. Blueberry headshot + 16oz mike's harder lemonade + 2-3 shots of vodka will tear you up

I haven't heard anything about my order on 7/31, guess I need to send an email myself. Didn't have any such problems with my first two orders.

I sent them a copy of my paypal confirmation like the site says, aug 5th was my order conf from paypal, I made it like jul 31st also. They still could do a lot better on the shipping time. Hope I get a double order too.

Ya I finally got mine , a little leaky but just took them out of the box to the fridge and all is good, I notice they put me on a newsletter (was in my junk mail for the invitation) and are still selling this stuff.

Nope, it was the cool UPS guy and he rang the doorbell and handed them to me.

My boxes also showed signs of leakage. I wiped down the bottles in one of the cases and pulled out some of the bottles and set them on another box. They didn't seem to be leaking. Some may have been over filled or the leaks were from other boxes wherever they were sitting before shipping.

I like all the flavors and while they are very sweet they aren't syrupy at all and are very drinkable at room temperature.
