Dell overstates their shipping dates. It'll likely ship within a few days to a week.

... should work well. I've been using that memory in a number of Dell systems. It'll work fine in the E520 and E521.

DDR2-667 Non-EEC seems to be the requirement. I hope that works -- cuz I've already purchased both the Intel box and the RAM. :>

Just remember these models only allow a single slot card, like a 7950 GT or an 8600 series.
