coincidence??? After I ordered this HD, I started to get tons of SPAM that was not filtered into Bulk on Yahoo! Mail. This was, of course, was after I created an account to purchase the HD. Is it just coincidence or does Axion Tech sell consumer info???

If I start getting spam mail, its because they are selling the information, and that could DEFINATELY constitue legal action, because that implies that this isn't a "mistake", but rather a way to get a ton of people to sign up for an account so they can get their personal information. Wait and see...

no, their website is so shoddy, some hacker probably e-mail harvested yours. i think a $3 HD shows how shoddy it is

THey transferred me over to some manager after the lady that first picked it up couldn't handle it. I'm not going to give up easily on this one. They'll probably end up just selling it at that price to me... lol
