I'm callign BS on that. Sounds like the video got out, she was called a slut and is now trying to get back at the boys.

This reminds me of a friend who took a video on her phone of her going down on a guy, and sent the video to a friend, but sent it to the wrong number and apparantly made some random guy very happy to receive an interesting video message.

Because the sweet innocent girl was harmed and she is upset. How was she to know having sex while a 3rd person was holding a camera was being taped. And then when her parents found out and/or the guy broke up with her she had her parents contact the police.

I am betting there is more to the story. This dumb slut is just using the police and it will get out I bet.

some schools 9th grade is still Junior High. It's possible to be 16 and in 9th grade.

I wish kids put as much effort into their studies and homework as they did into recording their sex acts.

But yeah, this is fvcked up in a number of ways.

Failed policy. Failed morals. Failed parents. Failed kids. Failed government. Failed religion. And yes, I agree puritanical, "don't education kids about sex" crowd doesn't help.

So the other guy standing in the room holding the camera was not recording that? If she thought that then she must be an idiot and have an idiot for a father that raised her.

The stated intent of the child pornography laws is to prevent the abuse of children. Cracking down on sexters as "child pornographers" is clearly at odds with that stated purpose. Similarly, going after the teenage boys involved in this latest incident as child pornographers has nothing whatever to do with protecting children. Arguably, the incident was a violation of the girl's privacy (to be determined), but not much more than that.

I'm betting those who prosecute these so-called crimes have strong Christian "values."
