3-Pin, 80mm Fans

I'm looking for 3-pin 80mm fans that will attach to the motherboard connector to run my CPU fan. I also plan on using them to mod my PSU to make it quieter, as well as a case fan attached to the MB case fan pin. As I'm looking for something near silent or quiet, I hope to keep it 20dB or lower (single speed, not an adjustable). Does anyone know any good fans and links that meet these specs? I searched everywhere and finally ordered a couple of Papst from Directon; however, I must've read the specs wrong as I received PSU connectors. Bah!

What is anyone using in the 80mm low dB range that is good at cooling an Athlon XP around the 2000+ range? I tried the Zalman before, but it fried my CPU. So, I'm staying away from that POS. I'll be using a Gigabyte KT400 board.

21 dB-just a tad louder than requested, but at 27 cfm, much better airflow than svc..
Of course it is ten bucks... just offering some diversity

I bought the NMB Ultra quiet fan from SVC. Bought five of them. They are quiet but I cannot get any of them to show RPM in BIOS or through MBM. Any ideas? I doubt all five fans are bad.
