Considered Costco return policy. Yes, this is HOT
Wondering Costco has it in display at their warehouse store to check it out? Anyone?

Nice find - I guess the superbowl is over already in terms of prices dropping

checking out the other models on their site, I also found a 32"er for $899 here

Cool, might have to get this...doubt it's in store but i'm going to check anyways. Wish Costco.com didn't charge shipping/tax and take a while to ship out stuff.

Hot deal but speakers on the side suck.

I bought a Westinghouse 32" LCD for $809 @ BB during early November 2005, so far it's been great.

We'll probably buy a large DLP 1080p in a few years when they're around $2,000 - $2,500

All these no name televisions from costco are not hot. Look at one next to a sony, panasonic, samsung etc.. and
it soon becomes obvious that you get what you pay for.

Costco has many of the more expensive brands on display next to the Sceptre, Maxent, etc. so shoppers can make their own decisions instead of listening to threadcrappers.

This is a nice deal, thanks OP.

I think this is a discontinued model. Good price but I'm waiting for the sale of the 42" Vizio HD Plasma or the 42" Sceptre 1080P LCD from Costco. I haven't decided which one I want but leaning towards the Plasma. It's going to look great hanging on my bedroom wall.

..Sceptre is an OEM manufacture for many "institutional brands" including computer monitors. So your WestingBrand may be a Sceptre.

I believe Westinghouse uses the Sharp Aquos panel.

I've had this model for about a year now. The picture is generally very, very good. I don't have HD yet, but DVD's look incredibly good.

The only bad point is the remote control., or rather, the remote receiver on the TV. We have tried multiple remotes and have the same problem with every one: button presses only register about 3/4 of the time, so we sometimes have to hit the buttons multiple times before they work.

If you are going to use a separate tuner (tuner box/VCR/etc.), it's excellent.

Is this HD ready out of the box or would it require a separate HD tuner? I'm not exactly HDTV savvy and thought I should ask..

I have this TV, I bought it when it was for $899 I think. Other than the remote, picture is great and I've had no problems. I wish it had better audio outputs but it's a great deal. Highly recommended.

I am sure ALL the floor models need to be configured properly.
