its an assumption on the amount of pain he would be in. Look at Osi Umenyiora of the Giants. He tore his knee and wasn't rolling around on the ground after it happen. He held his knee and with help limped off the field. Brady did the same.
Well find out tomorrow. Then again these are the Pats. they've been claiming Brady had shoulder issues for few years ago and listed him as probable. Wouldn't be surprised if he tore his knee and they call it a bruise or a sprain.
