when I went to the BM footlocker, the hoods in stripes wouldn't accept the coupon because what I wanted to get was on sale. It was annoying they kept trying to push their overpriced shoe cushions on me too. So whatever, I went online and the 30% worked there.

I think these 2 are worth mentioning.

Adidas T-Mac 2 $39.99 (down from, $74.99) for my little brother.
Adidas A3 Night Runner $49.99 (holy smoke, down from $109.99!!!) for myself.

After 30% off, these two pairs are incredible values, $28 and $35 respectively.

A side note on the Night Runner.
Only one of the color was marked at $49.99 (the better silver one in my opinion) while the rest were still $79.99.
However, it looks like they caught the "error" (?) today, it's all back to $79.99 although the picture still showing the lower price.
It's a good thing I got my orders in.

Last sale, Shox were excluded, but I was still able to checkout with a pair that were also clearance priced.

That's why I thought too.
But my invoice does show the discount.
If they want to overcharge me, I can bring it to my CC company.

I think if you go to the store, then they'll probably not let you use it.
Otherwise, it's their responsibility to make sure their system does the right thing.

I don't think the T-Mac looks that good anyway.
It's just that my bro wants it and it's cheap.
I think the Night Runner is a better looking shoes at incredible bargain price (at my price of course).

Still seems pretty clear to me; the statement I quoted is printed on the certificate. I don't believe the fact that it's not repeated under the Terms & Conditions section invalidates it any more than the 30% off notice would be invalid because it's not under the Terms & Conditions section, either.

As far as the copying part: I think one needs to make a distinction between printing & copying. This is an electronic certificate that FootLocker provided on it's own site, not someone's scan of a hard copy. Footlocker invites you to "Use your discount certificate as often as you like at any of our Foot Locker, Lady Foot Locker, Kids Foot Locker or Champs Sports stores." Seems you've gotta print it in order to use it, unless you wanna make the argument that they expect you to bring in a laptop with an electronic copy of the file.

Although I don't know how they would distinguish between a printed and copied version in practice, I'm guessing that what they might be trying to avoid is something like someone making 500 photocopies of the certificate & leaving the stack in a highly trafficked public place (yes, I realize that you could print out 500 copies as well but that seems a little less likely to me for some reason).

If my use of the word 'Dude' caused offense (as would seem to be indicated by your response), I apologize. Maybe I've been around my nephews too much; they call EVERYONE dude, even females. It's funny to me now (hence my use of the term), but thinking back on it, it was kinda annoying at first.

went to the B&M today in Orange County (westminster mall) got 30% off Champion clearanced shoes for 19.99.. came out to 15.07 with tax! NICE! They also had some buy a pack of socks, get the next pack of socks half off.. (12.99 a pack) but i didn't go for it (you can use the coupon on the socks too).
